YOU GUYS.  Sister Bean is a legend.  Every thursday, we volunteer at an assisted living home, and we get to paint their nails! I've gotten to know Rosemary, Nancy, Wilma, and Barbra. Let me tell you a little more about Barbra. She's 82, adorable, born in Kansas, and has the most silly husband, Jack. He comes up to the table we're at and asks me if I can do his toes. He then takes his shoes off and shows me. I said, "Jack, we need to cut those! That can not be comfortable." He said, "No, no, I want you to paint them."............. I can't make this stuff up. Sister Bean, being the most Chirstlike person I know, gets on her knees and paints Jack's long toenails. I couldn't believe it. He was so happy. It was such a core memory. Friends and family, read this MIRACLE. We have this old friend named Rex. A couple weeks ago Sister Bean and I went over to his house and gave him a Book of Mormon and briefly went over the Restoration of Jesus Christs church. He looked at us with wide eyes and said "Jesus Christ came here- to the people in the Americas?!!?" Haha he was so excited. We met with him again and read the Sermon on the Mount in Matthew and compared it to 3 Nephi. Rex lost his mind. His excitement about the Book of Mormon is unmatched! We invited him to start from the beginning in 1 Nephi. Wednesday afternoon we go over and read with him a little more and he stops us and slowly says, "You know... ever since y'all came over and starting seeing me, there has been this... this stirring in my soul and I really enjoy it."
